I was put in touch with Kelly at Signum Property, a real estate company specialising in property management, buying, selling, and leasing, in late 2023 by Bryan Cleary from Va-Va Voom Digital. Their website was extremely slow due to a poor hosting provider so I recommended moving their website to VentraIP, my preferred shared hosting provider.

In addition to better hosting, I rebuilt their Elementor templates to achieve better performance. Their visually appealing website caters to both property owners and tenants, showcasing their services and providing easy access to essential information.

Development

The website was built on the WordPress using Elementor and custom CSS. The responsive design adapts to all devices, ensuring users have a consistent and enjoyable browsing experience. The embedded third-party scripts from Mantis Property work seamlessly while emphasising easy navigation and intuitive layout.

• Property Listings: Detailed listings for properties available for sale, rent, or lease, complete with high-quality images, descriptions, and key details.
• Team Profiles: Dedicated pages for each team member, providing insights into their expertise and role within the company.

• Contact Options: Multiple channels for contacting the team, including a comprehensive contact form and readily available contact details.

Content Structuring

Content was organised using custom taxonomies and post types, enabling users to filter and find information effortlessly. This structure ensures properties are categorised by status—such as for sale, leased, or rented—making it easy for clients to explore listings relevant to their needs. The layout was designed with clear headings, concise text, and visually appealing elements to enhance usability and readability.

Performance Optimisation

To ensure the website delivers a fast and seamless experience, several optimisation techniques were implemented:

• Image Optimisation: All images were compressed and optimised for web use, reducing load times without sacrificing quality.
• Minified Resources: CSS, JavaScript, and HTML files were minified to improve load times and overall site performance.
